Our shipping policy ensures your orders are dispatched every Wednesday and Friday. For our dyed-to-order yarn, please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping, each piece is crafted with care. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to delivering your unique creations!
Returns
Thank you for your purchase! Please note that all digital downloads are non-returnable. For physical items, we offer a 30-day return policy, provided the product is in as-new condition. If you wish to return a physical item, please ensure it is unused and its original packaging.
