Closed Circuit

$6.00Price

Closed Circuit is an overlay mosaic crochet pattern. Included in the pattern are some different color combination ideas, as well as common sizes, yardage, and instructions for each size.

I made a 3x3 piece that measures 41” x 41” without the border. I used Stylecraft Special DK yarn in Black and Grass Green. The size is subject to change depending on your crochet tension and yarn/hook choices.

For the border, I used 4” black grosgrain ribbon and sewed the envelope border. There are very basic instructions on how to do this. I am NOT a sewer so there are likely better tutorials available online; I am only able to provide the basic information.

This is beginner level pattern. The PDF pattern is written in U.S. terminology and includes the full written pattern in a row-by-row format, as well as the ticked graphs. The written format is in a new, easier to read format! For additional assistance, please see the "Guide to Overlay Mosaic Crochet" free PDF available in the free pattern section.

Please note that different yarns, different tensions, and different hook sizes will all utilize a different amount of yarn. All yarn totals are included in the pattern. There are also estimations of yardage needed for varying sizes of blankets. Each square uses approximately 305 - 408 yards, depending on yarn and tension.

If you are new to my designs, please note I use “F” to indicate a front loop only stitch, and “B” to indicate a back loop only stitch in the written portion of the pattern.
